This former farmhouse, renovated over the generations, is nestled in the heart of a vast country garden just a stone’s throw from the banks of the Loire, between Angers and Nantes.
Its cosy atmosphere, enhanced by antique furniture that has been carefully restored, offers you a wonderful break in an unspoilt setting.

Whether you’re curious about the Machines de l’Île in Nantes, a fan of local wines or a keen golfer, the atmosphere of the place will rejuvenate you just as much as it brings joy to the owners in their daily lives. Not far from the ‘La Loire à Vélo’ cycle route, you can cycle along the banks of the Loire and its unspoilt shores.

You’ll find two very light-filled bedrooms, overlooking the garden and the vegetable patch. The rooms have a gentle, soothing feel, with minimalist décor and natural materials.

The ‘Léon’ room is situated on the ground floor.
Measuring 17m², it features a double bed (160 x 200), a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
Adjoining the bedroom is the en-suite bathroom, featuring a large walk-in shower, toiletries, towels and a hairdryer.
The toilet is separate and private.

The ‘Colette’ room is located upstairs.
Measuring 15m², it features a double bed (160 x 200), a wardrobe and an en-suite toilet.

When booking, you can choose from two options:
1 – The ‘Léon’ room only (1–2 people)
2 – The ‘Léon’ room and the ‘Colette’ room, sharing the bathroom, for people travelling together (2–4 people)

Please note that if you book the ‘Léon Room only’ option, the Colette Room will not be available during your stay.

Breakfast is served in the dining room or in the garden. A homemade breakfast featuring fresh, seasonal and local produce.

From June to September, you can enjoy the unheated saltwater swimming pool in the mornings from 9.00 am to 10.30 am and in the afternoons from 5.30 pm to 7.00 pm.

An added bonus: a picturesque stroll along the garden paths that wind their way through areas left as meadows to encourage biodiversity.

Sports enthusiasts can store their bicycles and golf bags in a lockable room.

Check-in between 5.00 pm and 8.00 pm, check-out by 11.00 am.
