Come and stay in this cosy, comfortable gîte in Bouzillé, between Nantes and Angers. Come and stay with your family and friends in a house suitable for 6 people, with 3 bedrooms and a lovely private garden. Entirely on one level, it's a delight to live in and will charm you with its peaceful surroundings.

Private outdoor area of around 400m² with shaded south-facing terrace, ideal for meals and long summer evenings: garden furniture, sunshades, parasol, barbecue, lounge with sofas and coffee table... Pétanque court available for convivial moments. Small, peaceful pond 30 m from the gîte, offering a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. The small hamlet is surrounded by fields.

Inside, there is a spacious and airy 52m² living room. Dining area for 6 to 10 people. Very well equipped and functional kitchen. Very comfortable lounge area with 2 sofas, armchairs, plaids and a library for relaxing moments. Large connected TV screen. Plenty of children's games available on site.

At night: one bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, 1 bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90x190cm beds. The bedrooms are spacious and cosy.

The owners, who live in the house next door, will be delighted to welcome you and provide information on the many local tourist activities, such as walks, visits to historic sites and cultural events.
