Inspired by iconic figures such as Joan of Arc, Henri IV, Lully, Napoleon, Edith Piaf, Charles de Gaulle and others less illustrious, Patrice Thibaud reinterprets the history of France.
With almost no words, and a visual score accompanied by live sound effects, he takes an offbeat, burlesque and poetic look at these colourful characters.
Accompanied on stage by dancer Fran Espinosa and directed by actor Jean-Marc Bihour (with whom he co-directed Fair-Play and Franito), Patrice Thibaud promises to make audiences of all ages laugh out loud as they revisit history.
