Do we really think about what we eat? About the hands that grow our food and those that prepare it? About the leftovers we throw away and the traces left on the rims of our plates? Between the dishes created by chef Rachel Carroget and the words of Selim-a Atallah Chettaoui and Sara Jozadeh, we’ll weave stories in time with each course.
