Conférence "Les victimes sous la Terreur" - Jean-François Couet

Join us for a conference on the victims of the terror during the Vendée Wars

Born in Angers in 1962, Jean-François COUET is a history and geography teacher who has spent the last eight years working on the archives that make it possible to retrace the events of the Terror and revive the memory of the victims.

The lecture will be followed by a drink and a signing of his book "Dans les prisons d'Angers".

Organised by the HCLM association (Histoire des coteaux de Loire et de Maine) and the GRHL (Groupe de Recherche d'Histoire Locale) of St Laurent-de-la-Plaine.
