The Vinventeurs are back this year with some new blends!

With this workshop, slip into the shoes of a cellar master and go behind the scenes of the creation of a red wine.
The workshop begins with a tour of the cellar. You'll then discover the secrets of red wine vinification so that you can blend 4 brut de cuve wines to create your own wine. The workshop ends with a wine tasting.

Armed with your test tubes and guided by our advice, you'll discover all the subtleties of the exercise through different blending trials.

As the wines do not contain added sulphite, they must be tasted on the premises. It is not possible to take them home.
