Village de Thorigné d’Anjou

Thorigné-d'Anjou is a Village de Charme and Village Fleuri (two-flower village) located 25 km north of Angers, in the heart of the Anjou Bleu bocage.

The centrepiece is undoubtedly its beautiful little church, listed as a Historic Monument. Built into the rock, it dates from the 11th century. Its round, pointed steeple, with a square base and high buttresses, is a distant reminder of the village. The streets will lead visitors to discover a remarkable built heritage: old houses such as the Manoir de la Harderie and the wash-house.
