Ferme Bio de la Gagnerie - Sustainable agriculture and free-range livestock farming
Since 2019, the Ferme Bio de la Gagnerie, located in Cornillé-les-Caves, has been growing a wide variety of cereals and pulses (wheat, field beans, triticale, rye, oats, maize, sunflowers, rapeseed, millet, camelina, lentils, peas, potatoes). Thomas and his team limit intensive tillage and favour self-sufficient production, with a minimum of external purchases.
They also rear Longué pigs outdoors, feeding them with cereals and oilseed meal produced on the farm. Soon, a sheep farm will complete our operations.
Farming that respects the soil and animals, dedicated to providing local and sustainable food. All the farm’s produce is certified Organic, out of conviction.
Pork meat packs (ribs, cutlets, belly, roast, sausages, chipo, rillettes, pâté,
black pudding), lamb meat packs (ribs, neck, breast, leg, shoulder...), jars of pure pork rillettes, curry rillettes, green pepper terrine, Espelette pepper terrine, jars of country pâté, spreadable black pudding, 100% sheep’s meat merguez sausages (vacuum-packed).
We also offer organic, cold-pressed vegetable oils: rapeseed, camelina & sunflower, and green lentils.
Direct sales at the farm every Friday evening from 6pm to 7pm.
