At the Osez Mauges Tourist Office, the reception team will provide you with your bikes and a detailed map of the route between Angers and Nantes. This map allows you to identify the key stops and routes in the area: the ‘Entre boire et histoire’ loop towards Liré, the ‘Entre Anjou et Pays Nantais’ loop, the Champalud viewpoint, and the River Loire below.
How your bike hire works:
- Equipment: You collect the bikes from the Champtoceaux Tourist Office.
- Itinerary: The staff will give you the map and show you how to reach the banks of the Loire and the signposted routes.
- Setting off: You set off along the cycle paths or the nearby undulating routes.
- Explore at your own pace: You follow the route to visit the neighbouring villages, vineyards and the banks of the Loire.
- Return: You return the bikes and accessories to the tourist office before closing time.

- Suitable for & Accessibility: For families, couples and occasional cyclists. Please note that as Champtoceaux is situated on a hilltop, the route to the banks of the Loire involves a climb.
