Star trekking routes starting from Beauvau, in Richebourg, where the equestrian gîte is located. Daily departures and arrivals at the same place, to limit luggage transport.
Forest tracks, old country lanes, the banks of the Loir and a minimum of roadside are the menu for these 5 listed and recognised itineraries. There are no particular difficulties, the gradient is limited, and the route can be adapted at any time (longer, shorter, etc.).
The routes average around thirty kilometres a day.
After a welcome coffee and a presentation of the tour (choice of route), the group sets off on horseback along routes that are not technically difficult, allowing riders to accelerate and gallop as they wish. Return to the gîte in the late afternoon.
RATES incl. VAT (accommodation, meals and use of equipped horse) :
1 day: €80
WE - 1 night and 2 days' riding: €200
WE - 2 nights and 3 days' riding: €300
4 days' riding and 3 nights: €400
5 days' riding and 4 nights: €500
For these rides, all riders must be comfortable at all three paces and be able to manage their horse outdoors. You may be asked to dismount for the comfort of the horse. Children are accepted on their own from the age of 15 and accompanied by their parents from the age of 11 (subject to the availability of a suitable horse).
Supervision is provided by Sébastien Gascoin, an instructor with a BPJEPS diploma in equestrian activities with a specialism in equestrian tourism.
Groups of 2 to 3 riders, subject to feasibility for larger groups.
