Introductory flight:
After a safety briefing, an experienced pilot or instructor will share his or her passion with you for a flight lasting around 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the weather conditions. And if the flight lasts less than 15 minutes, you'll leave immediately for a second round. The flight can be extended if the weather permits.
If you wish, you can try your hand at flying for a while by taking control of the glider.
The flight will introduce you to the pleasures of silent flight over the Loire Valley, its châteaux and forests. You'll experience the magical sensations of flight, the impressive acceleration of the winch, the manoeuvrability of the glider and the soft landing on the grass runway.
And to help you recover from your emotions, our bar offers refreshments for you and your companions, who can enjoy the panoramic terrace.
The gliding season runs from early April to late September. It is generally possible to make an introductory flight at weekends and on public holidays, and sometimes during the week, in the afternoon from 1.30pm. You should expect to be on the ground for a good part of the afternoon.
Once you have purchased your voucher online, you will be able to access a booking schedule. All you have to do (you or the person you are giving the gift voucher to) is book one of the flight slots available. These slots generally extend over a sliding 2-month period, from April to September. Don't wait until the end of the season to book your flight!
A first flight in a glider is a unique experience of gliding silently through the magnificent scenery of our region. And if you want, the team will even give you your first glider flying experience!
