Welcome to Mon Savoureux Jardin's Basilic gîte, nestling in the heart of a 6.7-hectare verdant estate, ideally located between Angers, Nantes, Rennes and the Loire. Housed in an old cowshed renovated in 2020, this spacious gîte combines authenticity with modern comforts.

On the ground floor, you'll find :
- a living room with fitted kitchen
- a ground-floor bedroom with adjustable beds (single or double) and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and adapted WC,
- an accessible terrace opening onto a private garden.

First floor:
- two comfortable bedrooms,
- a shower room and separate toilet.
