The property has two entrances (no. 1285 and no. 1315 route de Montreuil in Doué-la-Fontaine) leading to the gîtes L'Imprévu and Le Riez, both rated 3 stars and Gîtes de France 3 épis. Each has its own entrance, parking and private terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue.

The 5000 m² landscaped garden is shared by both gîtes, as are the large swimming pool, games room and fitness room.

Each gîte can be rented separately, or together if you wish to have 12 people (2 x 3 bedrooms).

The covered swimming pool (width: 5 m, length: 10 m, depth: 0.80 to 2.10 m) is salt-treated. It is heated in season (dates specified by the owner each year). Sun loungers, cabins and a summer lounge complete the facilities.
You can also enjoy a convivial meal in the hut, complete with plancha.

Just 20 minutes from Saumur, these weekend or holiday rentals in Anjou are ideally located for exploring the vineyards of the Saumur region, the châteaux of the Loire (Brissac, Brézé, Saumur...) and, of course, the rich heritage of Doué-en-Anjou!
