11 person gîte with swimming pool between Angers and Saumur

Welcome to Le Thoureil, a former Closerie built in the 14th century and recently renovated! 3 gîtes, a large park and a swimming pool await you for a break in the countryside between Angers and Saumur, with family or friends.

The 11-person "Gîte Roche" is located in the original farmhouse, next to the "Gîte Granite" but not opposite it.
The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished.
The gîte has 4 bedrooms, including 2 on the first floor with en-suite shower rooms and toilets. On the ground floor: 2 further bedrooms and a full bathroom (shower, bath, toilet and washbasin), the fully-equipped kitchen, the dining room with its fireplace, and the living room with its wood-burning stove.
Outside, you'll enjoy a large wooden terrace, barbecue and garden furniture.

Bed linen and towels are provided (with the exception of pool towels), and beds are made.

Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the estate's one-hectare park and forest, and the shared swimming pool (heated in season).

On foot or by bike, you can take a stroll in the Bois de Baure on the edge of the estate, discover the Pierre Longue menhir, enjoy a morning jog in the heart of nature, or cycle to La Loire à Vélo 2 km away...

And don't forget: with a total capacity of 25 people, the Domaine can be fully privatised to organise a birthday party, a cousinade, a family reunion or a weekend with friends. In addition to the 3 gîtes, the property also has 2 guest rooms, reserved for guests of the gîtes.
Reception tents can be erected in the grounds. Please do not hesitate to contact the owners.
