The mill can accommodate up to 28 people, with independent areas that can be divided according to the composition of your group and your needs.

- A large independent or linked gîte - Meunier - for 12 to 14 people - it has 3 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, each with its own shower room. Also on the ground floor is a large kitchen for preparing and eating meals, a lounge and a large terrace with tables and a barbecue overlooking the greenery and surrounded by the 2 arms of the Hyrôme.
- a flat for 5 people - Vigneron - Living room with fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room and WC
- a family suite for 3 to 5 people - Aubance - you will be charmed by its beautiful exposed beams and its views over the waterways - a large suite with its own kitchen, shower room and WC on the 2nd floor of the mill.
- a duplex suite for 2 people - Layon - Kitchen, shower room and WC, bedroom on the 2nd level of the duplex; you'll sleep 'at the top' of the mill under its cathedral ceiling!

The whole is connected on the ground floor by a room that serves the 2 parts of the mill and which, when rented together, gives you an extra space - games/dance ...
On the 1st floor, there's a lovely living room where groups can eat together - crockery, sink - and a terrace where you can enjoy the gentle sound of the water flowing just below.

The whole site welcomes you amidst meadows, woods and hillsides. This charmingly renovated old mill is at the start of 20 km of footpaths.

For players, there is a shared-access ping-pong and basketball games room, and you can hire a set of wooden games (frog, Indian billiards, shut your box, triangle shuffleboard, badminton, etc.).

Located on the Chapitre site, 2 petanque courts are available to guests of the gîtes, as well as children's play equipment - swings and slides.
