Charming gîte facing vineyards, close to the banks of the Loire between Ancenis and Champtoceaux!

Just a stone’s throw from the Galloires vineyard, renowned for its diverse and unique range of wines, this charming holiday cottage for two offers a lush, green setting for a stay on the banks of the Loire between Ancenis and Nantes.
Surrounded by vineyards, you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy walking, cycling or even wine tastings whilst staying in this fully equipped house.

This bright, single-storey house features a living area with a lounge area (a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for two more people and a TV) and a dining area opening onto a fully equipped kitchen (two induction hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave...), a large bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and an extra single bed (90cm), and a bathroom with a toilet and walk-in shower.
Outside, in the shade of the wisteria, enjoy the pergola with garden furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue and a gas plancha. The tree-lined garden is perfect for relaxing and admiring the magnificent rose bushes.

On site, a shared laundry room with the neighbouring guest room provides access to a washing machine and tumble dryer. Secure bike storage is available on site.

On request, the owner can prepare a delicious and hearty breakfast (supplement of €7 per person): hot drink, yoghurt, fruit juice, homemade cakes and fruit from the garden.
