On the upper ground floor, accessible via the spiral staircase in the tower (which can be accessed from outside), you’ll find the bedroom with its en-suite shower room and toilet.
The added bonus? A terrace all to yourself, sheltered by the natural shade of the trees, with a spa (available from April to September, weather permitting) and a plancha for al fresco dining.
On-site leisure facilities:
Shared indoor games area (table tennis, arcade basketball);
Outdoor play area with a communal pétanque court;

Things to discover around the gîte
Le Moulin du Chapitre is set in a lush green setting, designated a ‘sensitive natural area’, in the Hyrôme Valley. This former watermill now welcomes guests to its gîtes and guest rooms amidst the bountiful natural surroundings.
Its location, right in the heart of Anjou, between Angers, Saumur and Cholet, makes it the perfect base for exploring this rolling countryside: vineyards, rivers (the Loire, Layon and Hyrôme) and charming villages can be discovered as you travel along the roads.
A land of botanical treasures, the region invites you to explore its parks and gardens, visit its vineyards for wine tastings, and discover its châteaux, each with its own unique character… a destination brimming with things to discover!
