3-bedroom gîte with shared swimming pool near the Loire

Welcome to Le Thoureil, a former Closerie built in the 14th century and recently renovated! 3 gîtes, a large park and a swimming pool await you for a break in the countryside between Angers and Saumur, with family or friends.

The "Gîte Granite", an 8-person cottage, is located next to the "Gîte Roche" but does not overlook the latter.
On the ground floor, you will find a large farmhouse-style kitchen with a central dining table, a sitting area with a fireplace (in addition to central heating) and two bedrooms (1st bedroom: double bed and 90 cm bed; 2nd bedroom: 2 90 cm beds). The staircase from the living room leads to a beautiful beamed bedroom with a lovely view of the terrace and garden. The bedroom has a double bed, a single bed and a shower room with toilet. A cot can also be provided. In front of the gîte: large south-facing wooden terrace with furniture and barbecue.

Bed linen and towels are provided (with the exception of pool towels) beds are made.

Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the estate's one-hectare park and forest, as well as the shared swimming pool (heated in season).

On foot or by bike, you can take a stroll in the Bois de Baure on the edge of the estate, discover the Pierre Longue menhir, go for a morning jog in the heart of nature, or cycle to La Loire à Vélo 2 km away...

And don't forget: with a total capacity of 25 people, the Domaine can be fully privatised to organise a birthday party, a cousinade, a family reunion or a weekend with friends. In addition to the 3 gîtes, the property also has 2 guest rooms, reserved for guests of the gîtes.
