Nicole and Jean-Louis welcome you to this 4-person gîte, ideally situated along the Loire à Vélo cycle route between Angers and Nantes at Mesnil-en-Vallée in the Mauges.
You'll find a fully-equipped kitchen (gas cooker with oven, dishwasher, fridge with integrated freezer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster), a shower room with walk-in shower and washbasin. A hairdryer and iron are also provided.
The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with two single beds (90cm x 190cm) and a wardrobe. In the living room, you will find a sofa bed for 2 people, a coffee table and a television. Baby equipment is available (bath, high chair, cot). There is a separate toilet.

Outside, there is a large courtyard where you can park your car and eat outside in the shade of a covered area. Other facilities include a bicycle room with water point, a washing machine and an electric socket for recharging bicycle batteries.

Fancy enjoying a sunset over the Loire? A private walkway allows you to cross the road and discover the Loire in complete peace of mind.

Just a 5-minute walk away, the Grande Fosse pond will delight young and old alike, with fishing and children's games (fishing cards on sale at the Saint-Florent-le-Vieil or Montjean-sur-Loire Tourist Offices).

Bed linen is included in the cleaning package. Dogs are welcome if kept on a lead.
