Charming 6-person gîte in the heart of the village of Montjean-sur-Loire, just a stone's throw from the Loire between Angers and Nantes.

Situated in the centre of Montjean-sur-Loire in the new commune of Mauges-sur-Loire, a typical little village on the Loire, this former fisherman's cottage has been converted into a gîte and is also close to the banks of the Loire.
It's an ideal base for exploring the Mauges region and its rich cultural and natural heritage. The Loire à Vélo cycle route is just a few metres away, and the owners have bike storage facilities.

This gîte has been completely renovated. It has all the comforts for a pleasant stay for 5 people. The kitchen area is equipped with everything you need for cooking: fridge, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. The first bedroom has a 160cm x200cm bed with en-suite shower room and WC. Upstairs is the second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, a WC and the washing machine. The living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate an extra person.

The entire property is at your disposal and the garden is shared with the owner.

Bathroom linen and toiletries are provided. Beds are made on arrival and cleaning is included in the price.
