For a stay of 1 to 4 nights, we would be delighted to welcome you to the Moulin du Chapitre during the week. Whether you're a business traveller, a hiker or a family in search of nature, you'll find here the ideal place to recharge your batteries and relax on the banks of the Hyrôme.
Each room offers a view of the surrounding countryside and the river. We offer a range of accommodation options:
On the 1st floor of the Moulin :
- The Iris room: for 1 to 2 people, equipped with a shower room and WC, with a 160 cm double bed.
- The Vigneron flat: ideal for 2 to 5 people, it comprises two bedrooms, each with its own shower room and WC. The Chaume bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, while the Bonnezeaux bedroom has a 180 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed, or 3 90 cm single beds.
On the 2nd floor of the Moulin :
- The Aubance family suite: for 2 to 5 people, with a shower room, WC and kitchenette. It includes a 160 cm double bed, a 180 cm double bed and a single bed, or 5 single beds.
- Layon duplex suite: for 2 people, this suite has a kitchenette, shower room and separate WC on the ground floor. The bedroom is upstairs and has a 180cm bed or 2 90cm beds. You'll be at the highest point of the Moulin!

For your moments of relaxation, a TV lounge is available on the 1st floor of the Moulin, in a communal area where you can also have breakfast. On sunny days, take advantage of the outdoor terrace, which opens onto this room, offering a view of the millstream and the river.
Walkers will be delighted by the many footpaths surrounding the site!
The Moulin is situated on 3 hiking trails, ranging from 6.5 to 8.5 km, enabling you to discover Chanzeaux, its hillsides, its hedged farmland and the Hyrôme.
You can also join the "Hyrôme and its old mills" trail, which follows the river all the way to the centre of Chemillé on a 20 km loop.

The whole site invites you to enjoy nature, in the heart of meadows, woods and hillsides.

For leisure enthusiasts, there's a games room with table tennis and a basketball court available for free use. On the Chapitre site, you'll also find 2 petanque courts and children's play equipment (swings and slides) to make your stay even more enjoyable.
