Located in a pleasant setting on the banks of the river, the canoe-kayak club combines the pleasure of a trip on the water with the discovery of the fauna, flora and heritage of the banks of the Evre.
Set off on a peaceful paddle, lulled by the sound of paddles in the water, or enjoy a trip filled with laughter with family or friends whilst taking in the scenery.
Rentals run from the last weekend in June until the first weekend in September.
Volunteers are on hand every weekend to organise trips by the hour, for half a day or a full day.
Off-season bookings are available for groups of at least ten people by contacting the club.
An activity the whole family can enjoy!
To help us organise things, please book by phone or email.
Under these conditions, rentals will also be available on Wednesdays or Thursdays by booking only.

For a great weekend in Beaupréau, start by visiting the village’s historic quarter with its castle and church. Then buy your picnic at Les Beauprés grocery shop and enjoy it at the Onglées base, your starting point for a canoe trip on the Èvre. And after all that effort, treat yourself to a well-deserved dinner at La Rombière restaurant.
The next day, make the most of the morning to go for a hike: the Moulin Neuf trail to discover the River Èvre in a different way, the ‘Traces du Petit Anjou’ trail, named after the famous train that used to criss-cross the Mauges region, or the ‘Coteaux de la Roche’ trail. In the afternoon, relax in the shade of the Château Park and admire its many sculptures.
