"Le château merveilleux" : spectacle de son et lumière au château de la Lorie

From 1 to 20 August 2025, the Château de la Lorie, a jewel of Anjou's heritage, will be hosting the second Château Merveilleux, an exceptional cultural event combining art, heritage and innovation.

This event, organised by the Association Les Amis du Château de la Lorie, aims to combine tradition and modernity by highlighting the castle's unique architecture using innovative technologies.
The Château de la Lorie will be sublimated by a monumental work of light designed by the artist Xavier de Richemont. For 10 consecutive evenings, the walls of the château will be transformed into a living tableau, recounting the history and cultural richness of this emblematic site.
The programme includes
o An original monumental projection from 8 to 17 August.
o A 1h30 musical programme with different artists every evening from 1 to 20 August.
o Guided tours to discover the castle's fascinating history.

The first part of the evening will be made up of tours of the castle and musical entertainment, during which it will be possible to eat, so that you can wait until nightfall and fully appreciate the night-time show.
