Animation découverte des oiseaux sur l’île de Chalonnes

Familiarise yourself with the methods and tools of a naturalist in the field during the "In the footsteps of a naturalist" events.

Meet at 9.30am at the intersection of the Chantepie/La Tête de l'île/Le Buisson roads in Chalonnes-sur-Loire
In a very pleasant Loire setting and on the longest island in the Loire (over 10 km long), come and observe the birds on the western tip of the island of Chalonnes. Armed with binoculars and ears wide open, you'll discover passerines, waders, waders... from the agricultural plots and sandy shores and mudflats of the river.
Walk around 2 km along the west side of the island.

Attire/equipment required: walking shoes and binoculars if you have them (if not, we can lend you some).
