It's only logical that Le CARRÉ du Londres should take up residence in the former Winter Garden of the 1837 hotel, and offer you our gourmet, all-inclusive "Brunch by Le Londres".
Served every Sunday, our "Brunch by Le Londres" is a clever mix of breakfast made mainly with fresh, local produce, including pastries and baguettes still warm from La Duchesse Anne, and an English Breakfast with our homemade scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon and tomato beans, enhanced with BOCO brand jars.
BOCO is a restaurant brand created by Vincent Ferniot, a food journalist with a passion for good food. Gourmet recipes by Michelin-starred chefs, MOFs (Meilleurs Ouvriers de France) and top pastry chefs. Food presented in jars and prepared every day by passionate cooks using fresh ingredients (with no added colouring or preservatives). The glass containers are totally recyclable and sustainable, preserving the flavour and integrity of the dishes.
We also have a great list of local and organic beers, as well as local still wines and, of course, the famous Saumur bubbles in Crémant de Loire appellation or traditional method.
And if you want us to tell you even more, you'll find : hot drinks, fruit juices and fresh fruit from Mme Acaris's market, oranges for you to squeeze, Joseph's fresh baguettes, cereals including 1 gluten-free, dried fruit and seeds, jams from Délices de Flo, honeys from Maison Girard, dairy products from GAEC Falourd "Terre de lait", compotes, Breton butters, a salmon platter and homemade guacamole, a charcuterie platter, a cheese platter, salad and tomatoes, pancakes and crêpes topped with a host of indulgent treats, plus homemade chocolate fondant.
