Welcome to the Fleuron gîte in Fontaine Guérin
Le Fleuron is located in Lavau's private inner courtyard. This gîte is pleasantly light, spacious (approx. 60 m²) and luxurious.
Le Fleuron is a comfortable gîte for 2 to 4 people. The gîte was built in 2013 in the former stables, with a view to combining modernity with old-fashioned character, which is reflected in every detail. Here's "a little tour".
As you enter the living room, you will find on your left a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob with extractor hood, microwave and, of course, all the necessary household utensils such as frying pans, saucepans and tableware. The living room comprises a comfortable lounge/dining room with a sofa bed (bed: 160*200) and two armchairs, a television, a DVD player and a radio with CD player.
From the living room you enter a hall with three doors. Here you will find: the largest bedroom with a 160/200 cm bed, a television, a DVD player, a WC and a very comfortable bathroom with a large 90/120 cm shower and a vanity unit with two washbasins and a bathtub.
From the living room you have an uninterrupted view of the valley, and from the staircase (which has only a few steps) you have access to a pretty terrace and an adjoining private garden. It offers you the pleasure of the sun and a breathtaking view of the rolling countryside.
