Welcome to this property located in Saint-Martin-de-la-Place, a commune on the banks of the Loire between Angers and Saumur. A renovated family farmhouse has been converted into 2 comfortable, listed gîtes that can accommodate up to 11 people.

- La Renardière: 6 people

The gîtes Les Hirondelles and La Renardière, both rated 3 stars and Gîtes de France 3 épis, are independent and have their own private areas. They can therefore be rented individually. They can also be rented together for a group of friends or a family holiday.

In fine weather, you can make the most of the communal garden with its flowers and trees, and private outdoor areas with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers.
The shared play area will keep the younger guests occupied, while the older ones can enjoy a game of table tennis (rackets provided) or badminton.

During your stay, there are plenty of activities and outings on offer in the surrounding area: leisure activities on the banks of the Loire 500 m away, fishing, a canoe base 1 km away, hiking or cycling, and numerous visits to the Saumur and Touraine regions (the Loire châteaux, the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud, troglodyte caves, etc.).
