Mathilde de Dortan and her family are delighted to welcome you to "La Lucasserie", a late 19th-century bourgeois house on the outskirts of Saumur, in Saint-Hilaire-Saint-Florent, in the rue des caves à vin.

In this haven of greenery and calm, 2 bedrooms, independent of the house and designed in the former stables of the house, await you.
In a loft style, spacious and bright, the Milady room can accommodate 3 people (1 double bed on the ground floor and 1 single bed on the mezzanine) and the Le Chai room up to 4 people (1 double bed on the ground floor and 2 single beds on the mezzanine).

Each room has its own entrance, a sitting area with a welcome tray and a view of the outdoor swimming pool. Shower room with walk-in shower and WC. Ample free municipal parking in front of the house.
